iLikeTool is built by a passionate team of independent web developers based in India. Having worked in the tech industry for years, our team was constantly frustrated by the lack of reliable, privacy-first online tools. Every time we needed a quick PDF Converter or a Image Compressor, we were forced to upload our sensitive files to unknown cloud servers, wait in processing queues, and dodge deceptive download buttons.
Determined to fix this broken ecosystem, we utilized our expertise in modern web technologies to build iLikeTool—a platform by developers, for everyone. Today, the platform keeps growing around the same goal: fast, privacy-first tools that anyone can use.

Data privacy is the cornerstone of iLikeTool. When you use online converters or editors on other platforms, your files are uploaded to a remote cloud server. This poses a massive security risk if you are dealing with sensitive legal documents, confidential business data, or private photographs.
We solved this problem by keeping processing on your device wherever possible. For our browser-based tools, files are not uploaded to any server - what happens on your device, stays on your device. Tools that ever need a server say so clearly on their page.
